Refund Policy

Her Business Alliance LLC ("HBA," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional marketing consulting and fractional CMO services. Because our offerings are professional services that require dedicated time, expertise, and resources from the moment work begins, all fees are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.
We understand that this is a significant commitment, which is why we are transparent about how service commencement is defined and confirmed for each type of engagement.
1. Fractional CMO Retainer Engagements
This includes the Growth Strategist ($3,500/month), Marketing Director ($6,500/month), and Embedded CMO ($9,500/month) tiers.
Service commencement is confirmed by a signed client agreement between you and HBA. Once the client agreement is signed and the engagement has begun, the retainer fee for the current billing period is non-refundable.
Retainer engagements are month-to-month with a 60-day minimum commitment. Either party may terminate the engagement by providing 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the current billing period will be completed and no further charges will be made. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refundable.
2. Strategy and Alignment Sprint
The Strategy and Alignment Sprint is a one-time onboarding engagement ($3,500) required for Growth Strategist, Marketing Director, and Embedded CMO tier engagements.
Service commencement is confirmed by a signed client agreement. Once the Sprint has commenced, the fee is non-refundable. The Sprint is designed to be completed within 2 to 3 weeks and cannot be paused or canceled once underway.
3. Strategic Advisory Tier
The Strategic Advisory tier ($1,500/month) does not require the Strategy and Alignment Sprint. This engagement begins after an intake call.
Service commencement is confirmed by a signed client agreement. Once the engagement has begun, the monthly fee for the current billing period is non-refundable. You may cancel by providing 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refundable.
4. Marketing Friction Audit™
The Marketing Friction Audit™ is available in two tiers: Self-Guided ($47) and Live Walkthrough ($127).
Service commencement is confirmed when HBA sends you an email confirming that we have begun work on your audit. Once this confirmation email has been sent, the fee is non-refundable.
If you purchase the Marketing Friction Audit™ and we have not yet sent a confirmation email that work has begun, you may request a full refund by contacting us at the email address below.
5. Monthly Marketing Intelligence
Monthly Marketing Intelligence is a subscription service available in two tiers: Self-Guided Intelligence ($597/month) and Guided Intelligence ($1,097/month). A one-time deep dive option is also available at $397 for clients who have existing tracking and analytics in place.
One-Time Deep Dive ($397)
The one-time deep dive is a single engagement that includes analysis of your previous year and current year data from your existing analytics platforms, a written report with insights, and a live walkthrough session.
Service commencement is confirmed when HBA sends you an email confirming that we have begun work on your report. Once this confirmation email has been sent, the fee is non-refundable.
If you purchase the one-time deep dive and we have not yet sent a confirmation email that work has begun, you may request a full refund by contacting us at the email address below.
Monthly Subscriptions ($597/month and $1,097/month)
The Self-Guided Intelligence and Guided Intelligence subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Service commencement is confirmed when HBA sends you an email confirming that we have begun work on your project. Once this confirmation email has been sent, fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice before the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refundable.
6. Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at the email address below. We will review the charge and respond within 5 business days.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider, as chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in additional fees.
7. Exceptions
HBA reserves the right to make exceptions to this Refund Policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any exception granted does not establish a precedent or obligation for future transactions.
